a week agoI assume most of the barbers are alright, but I had Jake cut my hair recently – a taller guy, slim, and usually where’s a hat on backwards – and he totally screwed me up. Just a job poorly done. I recommend avoiding Jake at this location.4 months agoCall center is terrible. Asked for an appointment today. She said 11:00. Took 10 minutes for her to find location. Drove 20 minutes to find out I was not on schedule as well the person I requested does not work today. Website is great if you have 15 minutes to negotiate through it. I’ve been here 10 times. Great cut . Website call center should be less complicated and more dependable.3 months agoThey always do a great job. Yesterday, however, they went above and beyond by remaining calm despite there being an obnoxious degenerate parent yelling and swearing at staff and other customers because said parent didn’t know you had to make appointments for each kid as opposed to scheduling an appointment by family. Had it been my shop I’d have told him to leave, but I think also they didn’t want to get the kiddos upset or embarrassed any more than they already were. Joel gave me my cut and literally had the shape of cut and beard trim to simply say “I’ll have what you’ve got!” End result was perfect for the cut and the price was surprisingly low- now I wish I wasn’t just in town for work, I wish I could frequent this spot!9 months agoIt’s always a great feeling when you are greeted as you walk in. a month agoI used to go to Barber Love for every cut, and also brought many friends there to get cuts. The last time I went, I was one of the only people there. There were maybe 2-3 barbers working. One barber had been free for a bit, but was playing on his phone. The other barber (who was busy cutting hair) pointed out that I was waiting for a cut. The barber on his phone looked up at me, kinda smirked a little and said “I know”, then went back to playing on his phone. Another person came in maybe ten or twenty minutes later and he immediately started working on them. I was there about an hour and forty five minutes before I just ended up leaving and never went back. Before that incident, I’d had many positive experiences at Barber Love though! I’m inclined to believe that my last experience there was not the norm.a week agoMy 6 year old just got the best haircut of his life here! a year agoIn terms of service, this is probably one of the best barber shops I’ve ever been to. On time or very close to it if you have an appointment. All of the barbers seem to be highly skilled though. I do have my favorite. And everyone there is friendly is a place. Though they do engage in shop talk, I have no problems taking my young kids here.
