a week agoAmazing haircut, I got exactly what I wanted. I went in about a week ago and the hairdresser understood what I wanted without me having to even search for photos. She gave me a great cut and I wish I knew her name so I can get a haircut with her again next time. My one problem is the fact that the haircut was $35, $42 with the recommended 15% tip but it only took 20-25 minutes at most. I appreciate a quick haircut just like anyone else but it felt like it wasn’t necessarily worth the cost because of how easy it was for her. I wish price adjustments would be made based on time, I came in on time and waited about ten minutes before they were ready for me. I went through the haircut and paid, and there was still a man getting his haircut by another hairdresser and he’d end up paying the same amount as me. Someone who was there for 40+ minutes shouldn’t be paying the same amount as someone who was only there for 20, but maybe that’s just me.2 weeks agoFirst off, they had free non-alcoholic drinks to offer. Big win with me and my kid. Secondly, they had a kid price without having to take my 5’10” 12 year old to an actual kiddy place. Another win! We made an appointment online with “anyone” and got Jessica who was welcoming and friendly. My kid has curl in his hair and cowlicks, but doesn’t want his hair too short on too, but he doesn’t like the fade look either. She got it just about as right as it could be. And talked to him about school while doing it. It was one of the best experiences my kid has had at a barber so far.3 months agoI highly recommend Brittany at V’s barbershop to anyone looking for a great haircut and a positive experience.I’ve been a client at V’s since their opening, so that in itself speaks to my satisfaction. However, it is a great barber that makes the difference and you’ll find that with Brittany. She is friendly and professional, enjoys a good laugh, is personable, and cares. I always look forward to catching up with Brittany as our conversations are typically lively. I have seen her with other clients as well and she takes the time to listen to what her clients (or their parents) want in a haircut and she make suggestions accordingly.
I find my haircuts are expertly done, with attention to detail and a focus on creating a style that works well for me personally and professionally. Moreover she is certified to do shaves and beard trims, which takes an expert hand (and eye) to execute (not every barber at V’s can book this service). Brittany is very hard working and takes pride in her work. I value having her expert eye and skills to make this sometimes shaggy (and greying) dog presentable in public. Wife approved, need I say more?
a month agoMy son came into the barbershop to cut his long hair. We were both nervous for the major haircut change, but Juliet was great. She talked to my son about his decision and communicated throughout the haircut. This was his first major haircut in almost 13 years (he had only had trims before and has had long hair or growing it out to long hair his entire life) — hard for mom to accept at first, haha. But it turned out cute and he was all smiles when we left.2 months agoBrittany was amazing I brought my 3 sons in for a cut and they were extremely impressed. We have had really bad luck in the past. So happy we finally found a barber that makes all my kids happy. I definitely recommend seeing Brittany!

4 months agoIn and out in 20 min. Suzy killed it on my hair cut and had some good vibes early in the AM ! I’ll be going back .11 months agoAfter going to the location, and learning that I needed to register on-line, I selected a stylist and made an appointment. The “estimated wait time” when I confirmed was 26 minutes. That time was pushed back by 20+ minutes but that was fine.After waiting for almost one hour the “scoreboard” showed that my wait was over and that I was “on deck.” I even received a text message stated, “Batter up! You are On Deck and next in line for your haircut. Please be in the store and ready for you’re haircut experience, or risk losing your spot in line.”
The stylist then came out and took someone else and my wait time went back to 26 minutes. They later claimed that this other person was in-front of me.
I never would have gone to this location, or waited as long as I did, had I know that they clearly do not honor the appointments they make!!!!!!!
I lost over two hours and still need a haircut.
UPDATE 9/20: Regarding your request that I contact you, I left my phone number with the store manager, but never received a call from anyone. I have also send two emails to the District/Regional Manager, so I’m at a lose as to why you would ask me to reach out to you yet again. I guess you need to post some type of response to my complaint.

I’ve had my hair cut my two different barbers (at different times of course) and both did a great job. I’m super picky by the way. I’ve been fading my own hair for over 20 years now and it’s very rare that I’m satisfied with a cut. Unfortunately, I’ve been traveling a lot and haven’t had the time to cut my own hair so I gave in and went to Sport Clips. Super happy I did since now I know I can get a great cut at a great price.11 months agoQuick and fast haircut that looks good without a whole lot of small talk. I am friendly but hate small talk. My stylist took my cues and kept the small talk to a minimum. Good stylists that can give you a good cut and know how to read the room.
