in the last weekGreat Barbershop, hands down recommend. 90% female staff, I get my hair cut with Jordan, and she’s amazing! She’s super sweet and takes notes every time you come in, so she already knows what you want. The shoulder message and the head message are very nice touch, especially if you’re getting your haircut during your lunch because you go back to work feeling relaxed and refreshed. Definitely give them a shot if you’re on the fence.a week agoI highly recommend Paul I normally cut my boys hair at home but it was my son’s birthday and I wanted something different so we got a design as well. (2&4yrs) I loved the hospitality and his patience exceeded my expectations. I cannot say how much of a good experience this was for me and their haircuts are perfect. Thank you so much Paul!2 weeks agoThis was my first time and I loved the old school, posh vibe of the place. All employees I interacted with were friendly and professional. The place was immaculately clean and smelled good. My stylist was Jenny and I appreciated her demeanor and consultative approach.a month agoPaul is an absolutely legendary individual!! His attention to detail was incredible, listened to what I described, and added in his own input as well. Took his time with the haircut, and made sure I was totally satisfied.Environment is clean and very well managed.
Will definitely be coming back.
7 months agoHad an amazing experience taking my 4 yr old son for his haircut. I wanted to get my son used to masculine barbershops and I have had a terrible time trying to get a professional barber to service such a young boy. Paul took great care of him, was very kind and understanding of his apprehension and did a wonderful job tidying up my son’s nape and around his ears, which is tough because he’s so small! I was VERY impressed and I will definitely be returning for my son’s subsequent haircuts. My son’s hair is very curly and he looks super dapper without cutting off all his awesome curls. Would 10/10 recommend this barber!

2 months agoThis was my first time going to Roosters and without a doubt in the world, I will be a repeat customer. I was greeted very friendly and given a beverage while I waited for my barber to become available.My barber was very knowledgeable and explained she had been working in this industry for 20 years. When I told her what I was looking for, she pulled up a picture so we could get alignment on what I was saying which was very nice. The haircut ended up looking great and the shampoo & hot towel at the end nearly put me to sleep.
If I had any remote negative with this experience, it was that the haircut was a little pricey…but honestly even so, I walked out feeling like I got good value out of what I paid.

2 months agoLeti is a fantastic barber! I have gone here twice now and will continue to get my haircuts done here. She is very professional, precise and nails the look I want every time. Easy to book online, the facility is clean, quick service, high quality, they shave your neck, apply a hot towel to your face while they wash your hair, and even provide you with a beverage, including beer. I recommend getting your cuts done here!3 months agoThe lady we had to deal with was rude from the start. She asked what my son wanted, so I told her. As I was speaking she told me she needed the space I was in and I needed to move. Obviously I was aware I could not stand on her mat. It was extremely rude, as I was still explaining what my son wanted. I let her know her attitude was rude as kindly as I could. She condescendingly said oh I’m sorry. I should have taken my son and left.Needless to say she did a terrible job. Chopped the top after we specifically said he wanted to keep the length. Did a terrible job on the back. My son’s birthday is tomorrow and he really hates his hair and is upset at how long he’ll need to wait for it to grow back. His hair is chopped on top. Not what we asked for. Left too long on bottom. To which I asked her if we can start longer and review to go shorter. We never did and after the initial negative experience in customer service I just thanked her and we paid and left.
However, my son being so upset as we walked to the car brought me to write this review.
I’d give one star, but the staff was nice and the place was clean. The lady to the right of the one mentioned above was completing a nice cut on a client and I even pointed it out to the lady we had as an example before she started. Just the lady in the back right booth that needs a 101 in customer service and some extra classes on how to do hair. I gave her a small tip that she did not deserve, but maybe she will put it to good use and take a class or two.
The pics are after his haircut. I would show the front, but I don’t want to put my son’s picture on the internet. She literally cut bangs and I specifically asked she not do that and keep his length.
11 months agoMy husband wanted to try this place for the first time and i must say they really did a great job. They tried to understand the requirement and were very patient to get that crisp look. Their attention to detailing is plus! Overall the ambience is good and clean. Highly recommend.2 weeks agoGreat place for personal grooming services. Clean, well appointed, timely and friendly. Made an appointment and got taken care of by a true professionally trained barber. Will definitely be back. Well worth it!!

Brian is way more than good. Worth every penny.4 months agoProbably the best haircut I’ve ever had. Excellent service, relaxing music, and all the extras that make you feel like a million bucks when you leave. Bryan takes his time and the end result is leaps and bounds ahead of your average haircut.
