2 weeks agoAlexa was great, very friendly, and a joy to speak with. She did a great job with my hair. The lounge at this location is very cool and cozy! The drinks are tasty, if not a little stingy with the quantity. (giant ice cube, with not much drink)I’m giving a 4 star instead of 5 for a few reasons: – The above mentioned quantity of the beverage – I wish S&S would offer an every other month membership. I have no need to have my hair cut every 5 weeks, especially at the price. I enjoy the experience, but I also enjoy having money in my bank account. – The ‘free drink’ redemption seems nebulous and unclear. I was initially asked what bourbon I’d like in my old fashioned and I said Buffalo Trace, which is a members only combo I guess (laughable since buffalo trace isn’t that costly in the first place) I was informed it would cost me extra when I asked, I figured a few bucks on top of my ‘free’ drink after the cut. Instead, I got charged the full amount. (unless extra is 16 bucks)
Overall this place is great, but shy of 5 stars over a few minor gripes.

Saw barbers standing around. So why not just sit me down? Didnt even offer to let me wait with a good scotch. Just said no while being empty. Went down the street to a real barber who sat me in a chair and handled it. Tipped him fat.a month agoGreat atmosphere and relaxed. After checking in they direct you to a lounge where you can have a drink while waiting. Your stylist finds you when she’s ready. When your stylist takes you back you start with shampoo that feels great! My stylist asked questions to make sure she got what I wanteda month agoAlexa used to cut my hair at a different salon and I am so glad she moved to Scissors and Scotch! She is VERY professional and can hold great conversation with you as well! I highly recommend her for your next cut!!3 months agoHad a beard sculpt with David. He was very good, and easy to talk to. Service was awesome, facility was very clean and professional, Lounge was welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy an experience more than just a simple trim.

I’ve only had one bad experience at a Great Clips, so I went to another location and not only did they take care of it but with a great attitude.2 years agoMy son has gotten his hair cut here several times. Everyone who we have had is friendly and good at giving my son the style he wanted. It is the best Great Clips in the area and worth driving a little further to go to this location. My son always leaves happy!Thank you ladies!
7 months agoPerson who cut my hair did a great job and was very personable. Only issue with this place is it can be a long wait sometimes, even if you check in using their app way ahead of time. I don’t mind a reasonable wait, but sometimes it just seems way too long, especially when I checked in 40 minutes ahead of time!
