2 months agoWe were denied medical care here, despite the sign out front stating “all patients welcome.” We are visiting from out of state. Our daughter has a UTI. We initially presented our insurance card to see if we were covered. They did not accept our insurance, which is understandable. What is NOT understandable or in anyway acceptable is that we were not permitted to pay for care out of pocket. We spoke with two staff members who stated that because we have insurance (which they don’t accept) they will not allow us to pay for services. If we hadn’t shown an insurance card, they would have taken out of pocket payment. I can’t even believe this is legal. We are being refused care for having insurance.a week agoFirst visit ever to Dr.. Mike’s. Staff were very friendly and quick. The wait wasn’t long at all and no one made me feel like I was a burden for being there. They actually seemed to enjoy their jobs. 🙂a week agoI highly recommend Dr Mike’s Walk in Clinic on Bear Valley Rd, Hesperia. All my experiences at Dr Mike’s have been outstanding. I have been to one on Hesperia Rd once in 2020. My recent experience on Sept 2 at the Bear Valley location was excellent. I was worried that there would be a long wait because I went there at about 5:30 on a Saturday evening during the Labor Day weekend. I was so fortunate that no one was in the Waiting Room. One patient was leaving as I entered. I was booked in and giving my sample fluid within minutes. This is important for an older lady of 78 who is in severe pain. I was then seen by a doctor in 10 minutes and she had seen the results of the urine test. I was sent on my way with a prescription sent to a pharmacy of my choice within another 15 minutes. I was so impressed by the efficiency and kindness of the prompt urgent care. I know I have spent more than 45 minutes just waiting to register in the Urgent Care of Loma Linda and Desert Valley so what a pleasant surprise to be all done in 40 minutes. And the pain and discomfort addressed efficiently. You have my highest recommendation and thanks.a month agoThe receptionists were kind & professional. Dr. Brewah was amazing with caring for & listening to my daughter’s concerns! We felt comfortable and seen! It was also very refreshing that she looked like us! We are very pleased with our visit!a month agoThe nursing staff was great. However the actual visit with the Dr wasn’t the best. We waited about 3 hours just to interact with the doctor for about 2 mins. Left with a prescription for antibiotics but he didn’t even bother to let us know what I actually had or if it was contagious. I’d say the only thing that needs improvement is the doctors interaction with the patient

Discussed & explained as treatment continued, making sure I fully understood what transpired, the method of treatment & after care. I was very pleased and made comfortable. She was very professional and calmed my anxieties in the very beginning of the appointment. I connected well with her and actually want to change to her as my pcp. a month agoCame in last minute for a sports physical for my daughter, since her pediatrician couldn’t do it for another month! The doctor said he would see us and everybody was very kind. It was a very pleasant experience, which I feel is kind of rare these days.a month agoThe staff was very nice and friendly and professional. The Dr was thorough and took his time with my son. The office was clean, my only complaint is there was no parking!4 months agoDoctor Stratum at the Victorville clinic listened to me, took note of everything I said, and immediately refilled the prescriptions that I needed for my health such as insulin. She is very gentle and she checks for more problems than my previous doctor. She is the best doctor I have ever had. Thank God somebody still cares in this world!2 months agoCame in at 12 with a appointment for myself and my kids needed a sports physical so before hand I called a week prior I ask did they need a appointment they told me no they can do a walk in when I come in for my appointment. We waited for hours didn’t get pulled to the back till 145 remind you they had no ac only were there staff was at. Then I get gaslighted into rescheduling my appointment because there to busy didn’t get seen till 312 which took 5 mins if that to do and then waited a extra 20 mins for them to hand me back my documents didn’t leave till 330 ..2 months agoIt’s improved since my last visit. They were very accommodating and professional. Took care of my concerns in a timely manner. I’m definitely coming back.
