  I gave 4 stars only because of the wait time being over an hour to be seen. Staff was incredible from front to back. Warm, pleasant, smiling faces greeted me. The young lady set the expectations of the wait and gave me the option to sit in my car and receive a text when it’s my turn to be seen. Once in back, things flowed quickly and smoothly. Each person I integrated with seemed like they love what they do and operated with competence and professionalism. When the nurse was putting a Brace on my knee, he showed genuine concern for my comfort. I will definitely continue to go there for my urgent care needs.

  The staff here is amazing. The clinic is clean. I loved how I was able to pay for my prescription then and there after my appointment. I didn’t have to worry about going to the pharmacy later. They got me in at the time of my appointment and right out in a timely manner. They did all this with ensuring I received the treatment and information I needed about my health. If you’re looking for a quick care clinic to go to, this is the one I would recommend.

  Made an appointment for the next day, 8/10/23 Upon arriving I didn’t need to do anything because I had answered and gave all information online. Only waited about 5 minutes before I was called into the exam rooms. They did everything needed on the spot…X-ray and provided the medicine I needed for an affordable price. Quick service I was done within an hour and never had to wait between the PA and MA more than a few minutes. The staff was very friendly, all smiles and very attentive. It was a very pleasant experience and would definitely go back if need be.

  It was my first time going there. I was very pleased with the staff. If I had any concern, it would be with the front desk. I always talk with my insurance provider before I go to any doctor so I may know my copay, especially by this being a urgent care. They will even call the facility themselves for you. They told me I didn’t have to pay one. The young lady said I did and didn’t care to hear about nothing else. My insurance will pay their part and the copay was no problem for me I thank them for their urgent care ?

  If you need to go to Urgent Care, this is a very good place to go to. I had a great experience and only had to wait for 15 minutes. What I really like is the full integration with MyChart. No paper and pencils, instant updates of your test results and everything is in one place on your phone or online. This is how healthcare should be in 2023. Dr Russell was fantastic, very friendly and explains everything very well. You don’t visit Urgent Care unless you need it, but this is the place to go.

  I was called in at a reasonable amount of time after my appointment time has passed. Both my husband and myself like Dr Wendy Russell. She came into the room and was prepared to treat me after seen and considering my medical history. She knew exactly how to treat me. She has seen my husband on a previous visit. She is good. The only thing I will like to be improved is the amount of time it takes to discharge the patient. It takes too long. Overall a good experience.

  Currently out of state and my physician recommended I come here. I had to come alone for care and signing in was ridiculously slow. Reception was unhelpful and rude. I’m quite young and while I know the month and day of one of my parents birthday I do not know the year because they’ve always refused to tell me. The reception basically said well then there’s nothing we can do so the costs would have to be out of pocket. I said that was fine and I’ll pay out of pocket and she said that wasn’t an option either so I should just leave. Turning someone away from care after making me wait a hour is seriously concerning. The nurses behind the door are beyond amazing though! They worked quickly and were very nice.

  Check in process was easy and quick… appointment time was honored and doctor came in and diagnosed the problem with my son very quickly and effectively. We were in and out within 45-50 minutes and they had a pharmacy on site…1 of the best doctors visits that I have experienced!!! They say open at 8am and the doors were open at 7:55am not 10-15 minutes after 8am and the doctor not nurse practitioner was in the building not on their way to the office!!

  Conveniently located for me, so visited when I got an insect sting (as I have allergic reactions to stings). Front office staff were pleasant, office clean and bright in appearance. I did have to wait a little bit past my appointment window, but only about 20 minutes and the office was very busy that afternoon. Nurse practitioner and Doctor were pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. I will definitely use this office again for my urgent care needs.

  Every time I went in the staff was very courteous helpful and down to earth. Great People to work around with A+ service that helped me get back to where I needed to be. Appointments were always on time and front office staff made it very easy. Physical Therapy team is amazing and knows their stuff.

  Here now. Been here over 3 hours and still not done. Waiting on someone to do my N95 fit test now. I already sat in a room for 40 minutes waiting on the doctor to do my physical. I have not had a worse experience getting my health screening for work, ever. Do not recommend this location.

  Everyone was so pleasant and kind throughout the entire process. Tammy checked me in, Shanae took my vitals, the doctor Brown Lee performed the physical, and Ebony checked me out. They made this process so easy and all seemed to be very knowledgeable about their jobs and collectively came together to make my experience so smooth. I was in and out with no problems or issues.   All the individuals that I met there were very friendly beautiful smiles and attentive although I find the location to be quite comfortable there was a very long wait. There are many persons that are sent here because of their positions of employment. Test results are very quick and sent off for decision making of my employment was excellent four stars.
