a month agoFirst time patient at this facility. Very quiet and clean. Our wait time was not long. Even though it’s an urgency care, you still have to book online. I’m thankful they took same day appt. and are affiliated with my medical network. Staff and doctor were great!4 months agoExcellent service, didn’t have to wait long at all. The check-in and setup for a first time patient was super easy. The Staff was very nice and the Physician who took care of me really seemed to listen and genuinely cared about my situation, I think that’s rare at facilities like this. My eye had been bothering me for almost a week and it’s already feeling better after just a day. I definitely recommend Peachtree Immediate Care. ?a month agoI just feel like the Receptionist could have been more welcoming on the phone as well as in person. The online process was quick and I was back and seen fairly quick. The NP was very thorough. I definitely will use them again.in the last weekFast, friendly and walked out on the road to recovery. They were so good about my concerns. Great PA I did not get her name but I wish she was my primary doctor.2 months agoI’ve been to PIC twice now and have appreciated their services! Their online check-in process is great and I was in and out of the office within 30 minutes each time. The doctor and nurse practitioner I saw were incredibly nice and helpful.

a week agoThe PA that treated me spent time and really listened. I loved him. The staff at the front desk and the tech/RN were great! This urgent care has improved dramatically since last time I needed them. Definitely recommend using their services.a month agoI live between two of these facilities and I greatly appreciated that they post the wait time at each location. One of the facilities had a 30- minute wait, while the other had 2+ hours. I registered for my appointment ahead of time and the process was incredibly smooth. I was able to be seen quickly & the staff was welcoming, professional and efficient. I would definitely return when the need arises and I highly recommend them.a week agoEveryone from the receptionist to the Medical Assistant and Doctor were very professional. The receptionist helped me since I was not able to enter my information from home. Dexter the Medical Assistant was very knowledgeable and had a very calming effect on me. Dr. Ventura spent a lot of time listening to my concerns, explained what she was prescribing, and what I could expect.a month agoRating: ★★★☆☆ (3/5 stars)I recently visited the Peachtree Medical Care for a medical consultation, and my overall experience was a bit of a mixed bag. While the doctor was excellent and displayed great professionalism, the nurse’s performance was rather average, and the front desk left much to be desired.
Let’s start with the positive aspects of my visit. The doctor I consulted with was truly fantastic. Not only did they possess a wealth of knowledge, but they also took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns and provide clear explanations about my condition and treatment options. I felt comfortable and confident in their care, and they displayed a genuine sense of empathy, making me feel valued as a patient.
On the other hand, my experience with the nurse was less than satisfactory. While I wouldn’t say they were outright bad, they seemed indifferent and lacked the warmth and compassion that one would expect in a medical setting. They efficiently went about their tasks, but there was a noticeable absence of personalized care and attention to detail, leaving me feeling somewhat disappointed.
Regrettably, my experience at the front desk was the most troubling aspect of my visit. The receptionist I encountered was unwelcoming, and their attitude came across as rude and indifferent. Moreover, I sensed a strong focus on financial matters, which made me feel uncomfortable and even questioned their priorities. It’s essential for a medical center to make patients feel at ease, and unfortunately, the front desk failed to meet this standard.
Overall, the medical care I received at Peachtree Medical Care was satisfactory, primarily due to the exemplary performance of the doctor. However, improvements are needed in terms of the nursing staff’s demeanor and the front desk’s customer service. A more patient-centric approach, with a focus on compassionate care and attentive service, would undoubtedly enhance the overall experience for patients visiting the center.
I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the medical center, as I believe they have the potential to provide top-notch care with a few adjustments in certain areas.
2 months agoOnline check in was easy and helped for quick start when I got there. I waited about 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen by the pleasant medical assistant. The N.P. I. Harris was professional and also very caring and approachable. He listened to my problem and quickly had a treatment planned that we both agreed on. I left about an hour and 15 minutes after my appointment time with instructions and prescriptions. I am very happy with my experience at this Immediate care center.

in the last weekAfter scheduling online i was in and out pretty quickly. Nurse and doctor were respectful, thorough, responsive, willing to be flexible and not condescending. They were also confident and competent. They wanted to do some tests; when I said I was self pay they made adjustments without compromising the treatment. Overall it wasn’t too expensive, didn’t take too long. I think they actually figured out what was most likely wrong with me without throwing darts at the wall and giving me things I didn’t need. I don’t like paying too much or taking medications I might not need with side effects.a month agoIt is best to make an appointment ahead of time here instead of walk in. We walked in in the morning and were told it would be a 2+ hour wait, and then offered an afternoon appointment. When we returned for our appointment, we were seen and done in a timely manner. The providers were courteous and patient with my elderly mom who has some dementia. Would recommend when you need an appointment and your regular provider is booked up as that is what our issue was.2 months agoI had the best experience at this place, given that, I was there on urgent care basis. The person at the reception was warm and made the signing in really easy and pleasant. Once inside I found a nurse who attended to me taking vital signs and answering my questions with ease and utmost respect. The whole process went on smoothly and soon I was headed to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription.4 months agoNurse practitioner was great. Front desk person ok, not overly friendly, but fine. Facilities are nice.The biggest issue I had (and is the reason for the bad review) is the reservation process. I looked online to see availability per the website suggestion. I booked a reservation and was at the clinic within 20 minutes of booking my reservation and i was on time for my appointment slot. There were already 5-6 people in the lobby. I waited 55 minutes to be seen. That’s ridiculous. What’s the point of booking a reservation only to wait nearly an hour to be seen? Incredibly frustrating. It seems to me that the clinic purposely shows available appointments even if already booked with multiple appointments. I was also told there’s no priority for people who make appointments versus walk ins. The appointment system from the customer prospective is worthless and in fact deceiving.
The point to customers is to understand this is how online appointments work and they are not for your benefit or helpful to you in any way. So i suggest just showing up and if there are a number of people waiting, then understand you’ll be waiting for a while and consider trying another clinic if too many people are there.
3 weeks agoAlways a good experience with this location. I had made an appointment but still had to wait almost 50 min to be called back. I did ask because people who came in after me were called first. But once I was called back things were great and the staff was so pleasant!
