a week agoThe care I received was fine AFTER I finally received it. Arrived at 9:30 and did not get seen until after 11. I was eventually told something about a glitch in the scheduling system and that I had been passed over. I was then put on the bottom of the wait list again!! Fortunately after they noticed the mistake they got me in to be seen. Just be sure and check on your status if you’ve been waiting a long time. Receptionist had checked me in and assured me I was checked in when I inquired during my wait but apparently that was not the case.3 weeks agoThey seem very hesitant to prescribe antibiotics. So by the time you burn $30 worth of diesel to get to town, pay a $60 copay you get “drink water and ride it out”. The last 2 time I went here I was told there was no antibiotics that could help me. drove an hour back out to my farm and got sicker. Went the other clinic after getting worse got some antibiotics. 4 hours of driving, $120 in copay about $60 in fuel. $180 dollars and 2 days for strep throat.Today I was told I could take my sample to the hospital myself and shown the door. So now I need to figure out if I’m going to use a public bathroom to get this sample or drive back out to the farm and then back to town. After all that there still may not be any help.
The way they run their clinic is not conducive to providing rural health care. As long as you have hours and gas to burn it may work but you will be out multiple copays, days and testing fees.
The staff are always professional and polite.
a month agoThe x-ray tech was excellent in handling the positions of the injured area for the x-ray pictures and so kind and personable.The attending physician was also very thorough explaining my type of injury, she lined up followup treatment contacts, was also very kind and personable, great bedside manner! Was in and out of clinic within 70 minutes.
2 months agoWow! Tim the PA and the RN were thorough and so friendly. Tim took his time with us. He knew exactly how to handle and communicate with my 9 year old daughter who was really sick. Highly recommend this facility. We were at the urgent care down the street prior to our visit here and would not recommend them.a month agoThere was a bit longer of a wait than I expected, nothing too too crazy, but staff was extremely nice and helpful. Once I was taken back we got what we needed done done and it took no time at all. All in all a great experience and I’d suggest going here with any urgent care needs!

I’m glad I found her and was able to establish new primary care. As I age, I’m finding it more and more necessary to pay better attention to my health. I’m glad I can confidently make an appointment knowing that I will be seeing someone who truly cares & listens!!!4 months agoI think it is so considerate of Dr. Williamson that as soon as I finish my labs, she calls me in for my appointment, even though it was an hour early. I always know that she will do a thorough job of checking everything concerning my health. She does this with such a cheerful attitude, and acts as if I’m her only patient that day, although I know she has many patients. I appreciate her kindness so much. She has the nicest manner about her.in the last weekMy in person experiences have always been positive. I have a multitude of specialists I can use right here at home, and they network with other medical treatment centers, which makes my treatment seamless.a month agoMy daughter’s appointment went great. LPN Arian was super attentive and made sure my daughter received the right immunizations. PA Dolney was great! And Zachary was pleasant and helped us make her next appointment for Aug 2024!!3 months agoProfessional, accommodating, personable. Diane was friendly and easy to discuss health issues with me and thoroughly explained process and follow up information. Travis was professional in asking questions and gathering necessary health information. Overall, a very comfortable experience. Keep up the good work!

a month agoI needed to have stitches removed from my left leg. The staff were friendly, very attentive and caring. I’m grateful for their expertise and the time they took to take care of me. I felt well cared for. The sitting room was comfortable and there was short wait period. I would highly recommend this facility for urgent care needs.in the last weekVERY nice staff. I wish they could have done something about my pain, but they didn’t seem to be very concerned about the amount of pain I was in, which is fine, I’m used to not being treated for pain. I guess I’m supposed to deal with a pain scale of 9 of 10. If I was a 10 out of 10, still nothing would have been done about it.4 weeks agoThe last couple days my 4 year old son had a fever that wasn’t getting better. So I took him here (first time) and he liked every single person we met with and they were so good with him. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were quick, efficient and caring. We will be back next time we are sick.a month agoI appreciated being able to be treated in the moment. I did not appreciate how the front office treated me when I told them I was a PA from out of state and what I needed…. Meaning, was it gonna be 10 minutes or 10 hours? She was little sarcastic about it.. I also did not appreciate the LPN that asked me if I could take a “pee” when he should’ve treated me as a professional as any other patient with the dignity of a personal question… should have been…“can you provide us with a urine sample?” The attending PA and the RN were fabulous. The follow up phone call was nice but did not match the follow up voicemail received. When I returned the phone call I was asked “how were my symptoms” and the voicemail phone call said “call for your lab result”… which were not given to me at the time I spoke to the person that called me. Needs some work, but don’t we all.3 months agoAs soon as you walk into this medical facility, you are made to feel comfortably welcome. You are escorted into a room almost immediately. You are assessed by a cheerful medical attendant, and a PA shows up immediately afterwards. I think I was out of the door within 40 minutes or less. The PA diagnosed me and gave me the exact antibiotics I was hoping for. I was able to pick them up within 1/2 hour of leaving Monument Medical facility My visit at this urgent care facility was a pleasant surprise. I certainly felt better when I left, than when I arrived. The staff was Professional, caring and friendly! I will definitely return in the future, and highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of urgent care.
