3 weeks agoI Went to this hospital because I had food stuck in my throat and was unable to swallow anything for 3 hours. The experience was great. I was able to get in very quickly. The staff was the best. Jordan at the front was welcoming and very nice. Made check in easy. Doctors and nurses were able to get me what I needed and were awesome to work with. I would recommend them for any emergency type issues.2 weeks agoJordan welcomed us in and made check in a breeze! My 4 year old was seen quickly by the doctor and started treatment for her breathing right away. Thanks guys!!in the last weekThis place is amazing. Was informative, friendly, professional, and kind. He made sure to greet me right away. While i was checking in he also made sure a second patient was okay while on his way out. I have been to other ERs and have never felt as welcome and cared for as Jordan did just upon greeting me. The wait time was nothing and paperwork was minimal. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands. Dr. Chowdhury, who attended to me, was an absolute professional. He took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and thoroughly explained each step of the process, ensuring that I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit. His kindness and expertise were truly commendable, and I am grateful for his excellent care. The entire staff at Signature Care ER, from the front desk to the nurses, were exceptional. 2 weeks agoThis place is useless. Stay away from it. Providers are incompetent. Failed to provide correct diagnosis and a proper treatment multiple times. We’ve been visiting this place for the last 3 years as it is convenient location. But the result is most of the times the same. “We can’t suggest anything except getting Tylenol and drinking a lot of water. Or simply get to ER if you need more tests than just covid and influenza”. Also this guys love to collect payments. Even when when a deductible was already met and it should be $0.00. They still insist to collect 30%.2 months agoThe staff was great from the front desk to everyone that took care of me.. Kinsey and Emily welcomed me at the door. Alexis H. and Caleb provided me with great care. DR Paul was excellent. The medical assistant rendered EXCELLENT patience and patient care. I highly recommend this location!! Doctor was super friendly and explained everything so well. 10 out of 10 recommend!5 months agoWonderful experience at CareNow today. I was a walk-in and was desperate to get in ASAP. Kinsey at the front desk took great care of me, got my insurance information in and I was in a room in less than 10 minutes. The nurse, Alexis, was warm and kind. Dr. Rodriguez-Ruiz came in almost immediately and helped me with my concerns. I had to get a strep test and the lab tech, Leslie, was very fast and got me my results in a timely manner. I was in and out in less than an hour. I’ll definitely be back for all my urgent care needs.

a month agoWas bit reluctant to go to urgent care clinic but was told to do so instead of going to ER where is a long wait to see a doctor. My experience as pretty good like any other clinic with no crowding and steady walk ins. The front desk was very pleasant and made us feel comfortable and not long at all before was called in to see the doctors the nurse was excellent and pleasant to talk to and so was the doctor who listened to what issues I was having and answered my questions clearly… I definitely recommend urgent care anytime when you cannot be seen by your physician .3 months agoI received treatment from the PA she has great bedside manner. She’s very personable and explains medical issues in regular people language. This was my second time being seen here as a patient and I am very satisfied. The triage nurse is just as sweet and amazing! Great team!2 weeks agoThe lady at front desk, super nice and professional. Nurse, was great with good manners. My only negative was the dr on call today. She didn’t knock before entering as usual. She seemed to timid or acted as if she wanted to touch me less as possible. Never verbally gave me my diagnosis.
