  I have never had a negative experience here! The nurses and doctors are friendly and thorough as well as the front desk staff. We’ve always gotten in as soon as they could put us in a room and we’ve never been turned down for treatment. This is always where we go if our primary isn’t available.

  Terrible at timely care. Always takes over an hour and a half to be seen by the provider, even if there is literally nobody else in the waiting area. Staff is always in the background joking around and goofing off rather than caring for the patients. Highly recommend you go ANYWHERE BUT HERE. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Unless you want to waste your entire day just to recieve less than mediocre care do NOT go here

  I do NOT feel like the provider, Nicole Chen, NP really listened to my concerns. Zero bedside manner. She seemed unengaged and quick to dismiss my concerns, I was spoken at like a child. This person is their only provider so hopefully you will not be treated as rudely as I was. I do NOT recommend this clinic. Nurse and front desk were excellent, however. Business owner: please fire this incompetent rude NP provider before more customers leave. The most recent reviews on Google are not positive at all!

  Went in to get info to set up an appointment, wasn’t given any just told to check in there was 3 people in the lobby over an hour and 6 people later I asked and was FINALLY given why people were being seen first, and how an appointments are set up. By a VERY rude receptionist. Maybe tell your people to give them all the information they ask for before just MAKING them do something they didn’t want to do. Cuz I would have had an appointment done instead of having to wait over an hour!

  Although I came in as a Walk in, I was immediately greeted with excellent customer service. The entire staff was very nice and respectful took the time to listen and value me as person, the Dr was very nice and listened and just never had such great experience at a wellness center especially an xpress wellness. Awesome job you guys ! Everyone deserves recognition. Thank you for taking the time to care for me and my needs , if I ever need to bring my children in to be seen on a weekend or after hours after the their pediatricians close, I will be sure to bring them here . I don’t trust Alot of people with my children but this place is sure to change my mind. Thank you to everyone yesterday

  I made my appointment online, which was super simple. The fronts desk was kind and a super helpful when I was getting in and paying my copay. The nurses were kind and the Nurse Practitioner was sweet when telling me I tested positive for covid. If you’re going to go to an urgent care, I highly suggest going to this one.

  Front desk associate was very professional, courteous and helpful. Gentleman who screened my children and self was also very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He even explained to my hesitant 6 year old the reason he needed to take his blood pressure, which then my son did with no worries. The provider was amazing, she was thorough and patient while seeing all three of us. Explained our diagnosis and answered our questions. You could tell this was a high performing team the way they worked together.

  Everyone was absolutely amazing!! Friendliest staff, really showed they cared. A bit overwhelmed with patients but not their fault at all. Took very good care of me and even referred me out.

  I had called another urgent care clinic at about 6:45 and was told they could see no more patients because they closed at 8:00. I saw Access had 0 patients waiting so went there instead. I arrived 1 hour before closing. The office staff made me feel welcome and never made me feel rushed because it was close to closing time. The nurse and provider I saw were very nice, thorough and knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease about the problem I was having. I really appreciate the care I was given and left feeling much better. Thank you!

  I set up appointment online and was taken back to the room very quickly. My issue wasn’t something she could do anything for, but she did give good information on how to treat it at home and the issue died resolve within 24 hours. It was worth the cost of the visit.

  Always the best. We have been to the Clinic several times never disappointed with our care! Well fast urgent care is simply the best urgent care clinic here in Lawton Oklahoma Manuel Delarosa MD. Very professional . It’s simply just awesome, he listen to me and answered all my questions, and gave me the proper answer to what was ailing me. I would recommend everyone to come to this clinic for your medical needs. Abbey was the intake nurse, and she was simply wonderful.

  Clean office and very friendly staff. I have had both of my girls and my self treated at this facility. When it comes to non-emergency checkups. This office is by far the best and the doctors / nurses actually do sit down and listen to you and really try to understand your symptoms. They don’t just give you medication and send you on your way.

  The reason I am only giving 4 stars is because I have ran into issues with trying to book an appointment online and I am not sure if the issues have been resolved since I last used the website.

  The front staff is awesome. They are quick with their appointments and the nurses are incredible. However. This is our second time dealing with Dr M Delarosa. He is impatient and antagonistic. He has no bedside manner and was threatening my kid with a shot (when one clearly wasn’t needed). The nurse quietly said that’s not okay, so I’m sure this isn’t the first time he’s acted like this. He belittled me as a parent both times we have been here. My kid is 4 and already had a bad experience with him when we came a couple months ago. He was provoking a reaction out of my son who is already scared and tired. He is extremely unprofessional and I will never recommend him. Steer clear, ESPECIALLY if you need pediatric care.
