in the last weekI went in with swallowing problems and coughing. I had low grade fever. I was not tested for Covid, flu or Strep. 2 days later I went somewhere else and tested positive for Covid.2 weeks agoI was pleased with my experience here and would recommend it over other UC facilities in town. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and the wait wasn’t too long. I was there for a knee injury and was a little disappointed the doctor didn’t really examine my knee beyond asking a few basic questions, but he got me a referral to MV ortho with an appointment 1 week later which isn’t too bad given the moderate severity of my injury. He was also very kind and personable and treated me with respect.3 months agoBeing from out of state and getting seen was seamless. From the time we arrived – checkin- office staff- nurse- x-Ray tech and doctor- until the time we left- my father was taken care of. I appreciated the kindness and personal attention given to my father. We had all necessary paperwork to get seen when we get home!!! Excellent service and professionalism! Thank you!!2 months agoMy 82 y-o husband experienced dizziness while cleaning patios. It was a Saturday, so he called our insurance company nurseline for guidance. After an indepth questionnaire, the nurse recommended that he go to a clinic to have his vitals recorded & to call back for further guidance if anything out of the ordinary was found. We went to MountainView Urgent Care at Valley to have his vitals taken. The plus goes to reception for her pleasant concern. The wait to see a nurse was within 5 minutes of completing their paperwork. It slid downhill when the nurse informed my husband that the clinic was not prepared to take his vitals. REALLY? Blood pressure, pulse rate, temperature!! They can’t do that? He spent more time filling out paperwork than she spent refusing his request.a month agoVery friendly and extremely enjoyable experience. Nursing staff, receptionist and medical as well as the xray technician were very knowledgeable. Recommended to everyone who needs medical help. Thank You Very Much!

3 weeks agoGot a few tests done here, and got some weird stuff taken care of. Healed up rather quickly and with no scars! I know I put my life in the right hands with this urgent care, trustworthy and honest! Since well it would be illegal to falsify test results for HIV putting other people at risk for contracting the virus and that would be negligent on your behalf if that ever happened. Imagine the lawsuit for that? Good thing this is a hypothetical situation! Thank you!in the last weekTo the owner, RN’s and MD’s are great! However your receptionist is unprofessional and rude. Please replace as your clinic deserves better representation from first impressions especially when dealing with clientele that is sick and under the weather looking for help. Thank you.3 months agoI knew it would be hard to get in to see my Dr in time. I never used Urgent Care before. I scheduled my appt., it wasn’t busy. The receptionist was nice. The NP and her assistant. were pleasant, and listened to my complaints. I was correctly diagnosed and was out in less than hour. I hope I will never need them again, but if I do, I will go there again. Plus…the facility was clean!a month agoMy nurse her name started with an L, like Loraine or something? I can’t remember because of all the screaming and whining I was doing haha but she was great, she worked very methodically. The only thing I’d scrutinize from her is she never explained what was going on and I was scared or audibly surprised a lot. The nurse practitioner that gave me my one stitch kept saying “idk what to do” and it felt like he wanted us to tell him what to do, so guiding him to tell us all the options was a little weird but he was also fast and methodical. He explained things a bit better than the first girl but only because I kept asking stupid questions. (I was in pain so my brain was just rapid fire none sense and my adha mom was there so it was just a lot of talking and random stories so mostly our fault.) The only other kinda weird thing was just while my hand is being stuck with needles and is being sewn up they let the animal control officer in to tell me things. I literally don’t remember a word, I was just trying not to cry or move. Between my mom sharing stories no one asked for, to the doctor sewing me up and mumbling, and the animal control officer telling me dates and times she will be visiting and asking questions, I really couldn’t keep up. It was very exhausting and unfortunately not very informative. No real detail of how to take care of everything just the minimal baby steps on a piece of paper read to me when my brain was still recovering from almost passing out like 6 times that day ? but it was quick and easy and not infected so I don’t wanna whine too much.a week agoDr Lara was knowledgeable, timely and attentive. He listened and addressed my issues. The office visit was prompt with no long wait.

The Medical assistant that did my test was very nice and professional. Although the provider didn’t seem sanitary he was really fast and was not fully paying attention to me when I went to pick up my results.a week agoSo happy with my experience with this Urgent Care! I was seen quickly and everyone was so friendly. All my questions were answered. Provider Stephanie Brown was awesome.2 months agoAt first everything was normal from checking in to getting my weight and pulse etc. but after she put me in a room to get seen it went down from there I wasn’t even properly seen, I explained all my symptoms and what was going on and she asked me if I had tonsils I said yes after that she asked me what I should be diagnosed with! I said I don’t know I’m not the doctor and then from there she just blurted out a diagnosis tonsillitis which doesn’t make sense with the symptoms I had. It was very rushed and seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing.4 months agoEveryone there was very friendly. It was very clean and Fast. I’ve made appointments at other places, but have never been seen that fast. I had a great experience and recommend. The man at the front was very nice and knew what he was doing and Dr. Arudie Padilla is very sweet.
