a month agoI liked being able to schedule my appointment online and stay home until 20 minutes before. The staff was friendly and thorough. I needed stitches in my hand since washing jars for freezer jam and I didn’t notice one of the jars was broken around the rim resulting in 6 stitches.4 weeks agoPre-registered online and “reserved” my spot. I was in and out within 45 minutes of my arrival. Every staff member was very nice, friendly, caring. There was a patient with a more urgent matter (they were taken away by ambulance) so there was a bit of a bustle but, despite that, my time with the nurse and the PA was attentive; not rushed or discounted as a minor issue. I felt listened to and that all my questions were answered.a month agoI had an early morning appointment so the wait time wasn’t even that bad. Everyone looked tired but bless them, they were really nice and helped me with my problem.The lobby was cleaned and the front desk employee was nice to talk to.
I made the appointment 12 hours before so it helped me save a lot of time. So I recommend using the online features if you know what time is the best to go in.
2 weeks agoMy ankle was cut up from my bike, I was stressed because my half Ironman is in 2 weeks. He glued my incisions. Recommended waiting 5 days till swimming in the pool. Thank you! Will let you know how my race goes!4 months agoI continue to come to this location because I feel the staff listen and take into consideration that I do know myself very well. They have helped me with a few asthmatic days as well as injuries too. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and kindness.

TODAY, I WAS VERY HAPPY THAT I WAS ABLE TO PURCHASE THE MEDICATION FROM URGENT CARE & DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT ON A PRESCRIPTION TO BE FILLED! THANK YOU URGENT CARE FOR A JOB WELL DONE!2 months agoI was a walk in. I needed help with the kiosk and the gal at the front desk came to help me immediately. The staff that I had contact with were all kind, professional and caring. I needed an xray and this urgent care has an xray machine. Staff made sure I understood about the care needed for my broken thumb. I was very impressed with the whole experience. Good job staff at Urgent Care!5 months agoI set up my appointment on line to be seen at the Westside Urgent Care as I needed to go on a very busy Saturday. My appointment was right on time and the waiting time to be seen was very acceptable. The registration process was easy, there was no waiting time once in the exam room. The intake process by the nurse was very easy. All questions and concerns were addressed by the nurse and then again by the PA. The checkout process was very easy as well. I was very impressed by the smoothness of the whole process from beginning to end. If needed, I will definitely return to this site.2 months agoYou Don’t have to be at this UC a long time. Nice, Friendly, Thorough Drs and Nurses. ALWAYS TO ME ❤️I guess I really didn’t say it … BUT: the Urgent Care on W. Saginaw. Is the only urgent care I have gone to in the last 4 years probably. It is always clean. Not a lot of people in the waiting room. And I never had a bad experience. As a matter of fact my doctor is with McLaren and she recommends that I go there because she can access my medical records from there. They call in my prescriptions and by the time I get to the pharmacy they are normally ready. I really APPRECIATE this medical facility very much. This is the first time that I actually left a review. I guess I just want to Thank them for helping me so many times to feel better. ❤️
4 months agoThe nurse practitioner was extremely nice and very knowledgeable, actually legitimately cared for my girlfriend; once we finally got to see her… Desk staff was not the nicest and one of the two nurses was just flat out rude. We even made an appointment before going in and we were still there for 2 hours before we even got back to the room! It’s great they offer onsite prescription filling but even the NP said it’s more expensive than what you’d find at your average pharmacy.

3 months agoSo impressed with this facility! Smooth check-in, very organized. Tasha/Arturo/Aiden/Grace are excellent MA’s, and the PA’s I’ve seen are also outstanding. Waiting room, exam rooms and restroom incredibly clean. Prompt and efficient treatment provided, along with thorough discharge instructions. Highly recommend, and will visit this urgent care center again if necessary!6 months agoAfter 2 other doctors told me my child had a common cold, urgent care was the only one who could diagnose her with RSV, and provided her the care she deserved. Friendly, caring staff; an easy check-in process; quick wait time by urgent care standards; and a well-kept facility.3 months agoThe lady in front desk was so rude n I asked he that my meds were not sent to Walgreens next door n all she say was I Don’t Know…don’t understand why an incompetent personal works in an urgent clinic n an amazing place ..in a place like that all type ofpeoplegoes there if she got an issue with race she is in the wrong type of work…I give the clinic doctors n nurses a 5 starts but to this lady 1 start.. Sorry I don’t have a filter..11 months agoI went to this location for the first time today and had the best experience. All of the staff was kind and compassionate, knowledgeable and reassuring. I was in and out within 30 minutes even tho the wait time for walk ins was 55 min. If you are there for something that could be serious they take it seriously and don’t leave you in the waiting room. This will be my new LUC location. it’s closer to my home in Holt anyway but I use to stick to one I had been to before. After the positive experience I had today I will now use this location!!
