a month agoI have been to numerous urgent care places in my life, however, I have to say that this location was the best place I have ever been to visit! The entire staff was very friendly and compassionate with me when I didn’t feel well. They were very efficient and very helpful when I needed help with my illness. This will be my go to place from here on out!a month agoA short wait proceeded by great care for a walk in emergency (sprained ankle). The doctors on staff were great, they took their time with us and we didn’t feel rushed even though we came right at the end of the day. I was very pleased. The nurse practitioner and nurse were super nice and thorough. My daughter was able to get a same day appt . There was little wait time and they took my insurance . Will be our go to during the college years.

a month agoI have always had amazing experience with the doctors and medical staff at this urgent care. However- the billing team are frauds that “change the policy” after specifically stating we would not be charged for suture removal. Take your business elsewhere if you want to save time, money, and the good old run around. Would love to change my review if their manager, Jessica, would just finally give us a call us back after 3 months of trying!2 months agoMy husband and I are very pleased with my care received today. Jen answered all of our questions and explained when and why there were delays. Being the only person in the office today, I’d say she handled my appointment very efficiently while continuing care for other patients. The provider was very knowledgeable, helpful, and calmed my fears. The facility was very clean and well organized. If we need their services again, we will definitely go back.2 months agoI visited the Hartwell location the first time for a routine allergy/sinus issue and later for an eye infection. Both my experiences were very positive. The staff was so kind and compassionate. Even though they were busy, they took time to listen. My health needs were handled timely and efficiently. I’m not real keen on the computer sign in pad, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. The front desk always offered assistance if I needed it. They were truly a blessing to me.a month agoThe staff here is very friendly and I couldn’t be happier with the care. We are not from here and our son got an ear infection after swimming in the lake. I scheduled a visit and did all of the paperwork online. The whole process took less than an hour from the time I signed up online to the time we were walking out to go get an antibiotic and we’re back on the lake enjoying ourselves. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff!2 months agoFor the first time since 2022ish we had a GREAT experience! The receptionist was kind, helpful and knowledgeable, the nurse was patient (sick 3 year old) kind and comforting and the provider was observant and helpful! We were in and out in a short time and hopefully on our way to a happy baby! All around this has been the BEST urgent care visit!

a month agoI came in with a broken big toe and Michael Hawkins was there to the rescue! He was extremely kind, accommodating and very good at his job!! He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. If possible I would so ask for him your next urgent care need! And the nurses and medical assistants were amazing too! Leann (I think that’s her name) Kirsten and Taylor were extremely nice and accommodating to me. Great staff, great service and great place to go if in need of medical emergency! Thank you guys so much!4 months agoI loved the way the office was very organized, front girls were welcoming and informative. The flow of the office was the best I have seen anywhere. The kindness and sensitivity to your your needs was above par! The doctor was super nice and even though he was super busy he still gave me time,came up with a plan, gave me something to ease my pain which was super hard due to some medication interactions and my overall health. I appreciated his care and concern. Thank you all for taking good care of me.3 months agoExceptional service and very friendly from the time you walk in. They were packed but managed to swiftly get patients in and out. I looked around as I was in the called towards the back and noticed the front area was empty. WOW! Ok So the person that assisted and prepped me and helped the Dr. Was awesome. She was so kind and empathetic. My Dr was so cool and explained everything he was going to do and future options. The injection was very painful but they made it comfortable. I’m so pleased with the level of service and overall professional environment.a week agoI was treated speed and caring attitude, but I was hurt and was unable to fill in the paperwork. so my son-in-law sis it for me. After the X-ray I was placed into a rom to wait for the PA. It was very cold and I keep falling asleep and waking up very cold. I left. I came back Tuesday and finish ed up.2 months agoThey took really good care of my son. He had a small break above his elbow, and they gave him a plaster brace, and made an appointment for him to come back for repeat x-rays next week. Every person that tended to us was amazing, and they explained everything very well. I’m looking forward to the next visit. I’m glad I made the 50 minute drive (it is the closest orthopedic urgent care to my home).
