I came to the clinic to do an employment drug screen. When I walked in at 2:00, I was the ONLY patient. I was told that it would be a 30-minute wait. How difficult can it be to print a label, affix it to a container, hand the container to me to pee into, and to retrieve it when I am done?

Two of the receptionist were CONSTANTLY texting with three visiting with each other at times. Must be an easy place to work at! Amazing that there is a wait when there are no patients. At 2:15 two patients walked out. This clinic is definitely badly run. One would assume that with the negative reviews the office manager would shape the place up.

It is now 2:30, 30 minutes later, one additional patient in the clinic, and I am still waiting. WOW

I really want to give 0 or negative for my review. The guy told me he would send the medication to the pharmacy but never did when I went there. It was really important since it was for Covid. Edited: Based on their reply, I spoke to Lisa who was very helpful in resolving my issue. She found out that for some reason the system did not send the message to the pharmacy so it was not clear whose fault it was. I have changed my rating to 3 stars now.

Had issues getting an appointment via my cell. I called and they helped immediately. They then texted when my appointment time was available. We arrived and waited only a few minutes. The nurses and doctor were wonderful. My daughter was taken care of quickly and professionally

Took my husband to facility and was greeted by the nicest lady at front desk. The nurse and doctor were also so kind. The whole visit turned out to be a positive experience. Thank you!

I went in for a pre employment drug test. The facility was clean and well maintained. The only thing was the long wait time because they had only one lab tech who was taking care of the drug tests and x-rays. Everyone was very polite and they did announce that it might take time. Paperwork was quick and easy though.

Update-I submitted a request on your website prior to your response to my review & I have yet to hear from anyone.

I am writing this because my paperwork was not correct.

On 07/28/23 I arrived and it was pretty empty. I checked in and was called back. My blood pressure and oxygen levels were checked. I was asked my weight instead of weighing me when a scale was there. They then take me into an exam room and the doctor walks in with a young lady who just observed. He asked a few questions, checked my breathing and took a look at my right arm. He says that he’s going to have an ultrasound done to make sure I do not have a blood clot . I agreed and he walks out. A few minutes later he peeps his head in and says he’s going to run bloodwork as well. A few moments later a nurse comes in with paperwork advising me this will be charged as an ER visit since they’re performing bloodwork and ultrasound. Anywho fast forward. They said they don’t see anything and to follow up with my PCP. I take the discharge paperwork and leave. Once I arrived home I reviewed the paperwork and noticed that it says my blood pressure was elevated and to follow up with my PCP for blood pressure management. Now I’m confused because no one mentioned that to me while I was there. I called twice and requested to speak with someone. The head nurse called me back from her car and spoke with me . I explained everything and she apologized and said that l was on her way to the location and would be able to provide my vitals over the phone. I had no clue what my blood pressure even was. I called back after 40 minutes and she went over my vitals. She read my temperature and I told her I do not recall them even taking my temperature. I requested a copy of my vitals and the images form the ultrasound and she said she would have them up at the front for me. I drive back up there and of course nothing was ready. I had to wait! Once I arrived home I reviewed the paperwork and noticed that my notes say my blood pressure was normal which conflicts with the initial paperwork that I received. Also, a full exam was not performed so I do not understand why it says my ears were normal when they were not checked. It says my eyes took to the light when they they check your eyes which was not done. Also, it says that my ROM in upper extremities was normal. I am assuming that’s range of motion. I have a condition called Arthrogryposis and I have limited range of motion so that was not correct. Now I am confused about the blood pressure & the overall care I received. Now the doctor was great when he was explaining the possibility of a blood clot and my options for treatment. But they say they didn’t see a blood clot. Now I don’t know what’s true because of the discrepancies with the notes . I know I just came in for swelling in my arm ,but because I have a condition I do not take swelling of any kind lightly especially when I haven’t injured myself. It was very slow so I feel that the care could’ve been better. Especially being a black woman and understanding the disparities within healthcare when it pertains to us. Now, they could’ve had an off day. I can’t risk off days when my health is at risk. I went to this location because of the reviews.

Legacy ER-Allen is a Texas state-licensed 8,500 SF Freestanding Emergency Medical Care facility in Allen, Texas. This is the second project by 5G Studio for Legacy ER and is their second facility. The design concept built upon the success of their first facility in Frisco, Texas where the distinctive architecture and interior design of the facility continue to bring as much brand recognition as the exceptional medical service offered by Legacy ER. The building combines two traditionally separate programs, the Emergency Room and the Urgent Care, under one roof. The progressive architectural design integrated the elements of sustainable and evidence-based design to offer a soothing environment for patients seeking care under distressed conditions. Last time going to this urgent care center. The doctor never came inside for my son, we ended up leaving early because we had jobs to get to. I understand if you’re short staffed, but have the decency to check in the room on a family that has been waiting for an hour and 15 minutes. He had been vomiting profusely and diarrhea, but I guess the other patients were more important. We went in at 9:15 and didn’t end up leaving until 10:40. I should’ve taken my son to his doctor but I couldn’t wait to get him. Worst experience!

Top Notch Facility. Dr Wycoff was amazing and immediately took care of my family member. Nurse Sam was very kind with excellent bed side manners and professionalism. I am glad we have this Urgent Care in our neighborhood which saves us from waiting for hours in the Hospital ER. Highly recommend!

The staff was professional and the visit itself was fine. My issue is that Dr. Amir (I think that was his name) said he was going to give me a referral to another Dr to get a procedure done. He said he was doing a referral so I could get in quickly. After trying to set up an appointment for several days at the referred Dr with no response, I called Legacy ER back and was told they don’t do referrals…Why would the Dr tell me they would and then the office says no? I’m now days behind on a procedure the Dr recommended I get done asap. 3 stars only

Love this place & will be using it as my PCP moving forward. All of the doctors here are very knowledgeable, helpful, and take what you say and mention to them seriously. They take the time to ask questions so they can help you. They always do referrals if I need it and are always on top of things. They truly care here.

Came in today and Karisma was AMAZING. I am usually scared when my blood is drawn and she made me comfortable and it didn’t hurt at all (I literally didn’t feel a thing). She stayed with me to ensure that I didn’t pass out after drawing blood like I usually do.

Staff here is always nice and awesome. Rarely get this experience at a doctor’s office so I am amazed!

Do NOT come to the Allen Location. “Dr. Asma Ashraf” & staff all need training. Her receptionists are the sweetest girls but need serious training. They couldn’t even enter my insurance correctly. One of them kept calling me “Love” & “Sweetheart”. I was way older than her but felt like she was talking to a child when she addressed me in that manner. She was sweet but you should call patients “Mr, Miss, or Mrs”. This office is so unprofessional. My appointment was for 830am & the “doctor ” didnt see me until 9am. Note: I was literally the ONLY “patient ” there. “Dr. Ashraf” walked in at 830am but didnt see me until 9am. She is very monotone & only checked the basics i.e. vitals. There were old urine samples awaiting to go to the lab. Note: I was the 1st patient for that day so no telling how long these urine samples have been sitting in that “urine box”. She “wrote an order” for blood work but when I got to the laboratory there was NO fax number on her orders or on her website therefore I could not do labs. It’s questionable if she actually have a medical license. I dont think she’s a real doctor. I feel like she’s a scam. The office looked basic & plain. Her staff gave “Gen Z” vibes. Their communication was horrible. This was a “gong show” and a waste of time. I’ve never experienced a “doctor” who I feel wasn’t truly a doctor. The laboratory never dealt with her but she told me she ALWAYS sends her patients to this specific lab and this laboratory is VERY COMMON. I have always dealt with that laboratory. The reviews on this clinic is very questionable. I came this locationsbecause the reviews were “good”. There are other physicians at this clinic so maybe the reviews are for them but I know 1000% the reviews are NOT for “Dr. ASHRAF”. OMG what a nightmare.

We arrived without an appointment, an hour before closing time. Even though our matter wasn’t urgent, the doctor worked us in. Everyone was friendly. The waiting room was exceptionally nice. The doctor was thorough, she explained things in a down to earth manner, and we never felt rushed. My daughter liked her so much that we decided to make her our PCP.
