He is well known in the community and has a sumteong following! I’m a female & it’s very difficult to find a salon that really knows how to cut short hair. I’ve had ANTHONY, MARIO & ERIC, do EXCELLENT & AWESOME cuts. Everyone is so professional, personable and the place is spotless. Barbero has an EXCELLENT staff. I’ve been there several times and every appointment has been nothing shy of greatness. I walked into Barbero and the ambiance and customer service was on point! I only waited about 5 minutes for the first available barber to help me out and he was very attentive and professional. He asked clarifying questions and didn’t make any assumptions which I truly appreciate. He also asked permission before using the straight razor. This place is unreal! I’m definitely returning! All of them have been good, but Thao is the best, and she is who I ask for when I schedule my appointments. She does a great job on the haircut and is the absolute best to give the hand massage. This alone is reason enough to get the Benchmark. Five stars because six is not available!in the last weekBeen coming here for almost 2 years. Always had great experience and treated in a courteous and friendly manner by all staff. Lita is my stylist and she is the best. She has been so nice, takes her time, she’s funny & does such a great job on my sons hair! My son enjoys getting his haircuts now! Teen going into ROTC needed a 0-3 Fade but wanted to keep a styled longer top. Trying to teach him to be more independent, so we let him go to his appointment solo, and trusted Floyd’s to make him comfortable. Since he was a bit nervous asking for what he wanted, they did a great job pairing him with an associate who could connect with him and get the job done. He immediately sent photos to his friends saying “rate the cut” and they all had a good time telling him he looks sharp yet still nerdy. He loves the feedback.a month agoI would give this 1 star but I have had 2 decent experiences prior.I scheduled a 3:00pm appointment. I arrive early and they tell me to wait. Another gentlemen walks in and they check him in and one of the stylists walks up and introduces herself (implying she doesn’t know hm which means he doesn’t know her, which means the appointment wasn’t set up for a specific stylist). I continue to wait. After 20 minutes I ask how much longer and they say just a minute. By this time there is a stylist whos been finished with another cut for about 10 minutes just pacing around looking at her phone. I watched this for 10 minutes. After 25 minutes of waiting I left.
The receptionists were not helpful at all. In fact, I senced a tinge of attitude when I asked. I will not be returning to this location…
