a month agoSo far my experience has been good. I don’t speak Spanish but fortunately there has always been at least one guy who does and he respects me and tells the barber what I want. I will continue to go back until I get a bad experience. These guys have been great so fara month agoWorst experience ever. Rushed service just tried to get us in and out the door. I needed a quick haircut and beard trim while traveling through on my way to California. Everyone was social distancing and wearing make, so it made me comfortable and safe. My barber took his time and made sure it was even and just the right length.2 months agoBeing going there for years now and have never been disappointed. Great barbers that know what they’re doing! Big shout out to my barber “YANDER!” He ALWAYS keeps me with a crispy and fresh cut!a month agoGarbage shop, don’t speak English asked for a low taper and a little trim off the top and this dude trims off 85% of my hair and uneven.. literally got like half and inch in one place and 3 inches in another on top it looks ridiculous. Also talked for about an hour while I sat in the chair. Highly doubt any of those “barbers” are certified or licensed in anything barber related lol

3 weeks agoI come here for my haircut and I really appreciate the staff and their years of experience. I also enjoy that the stylists tend to be regulars. The weekends tend to be busy, but in all seriousness, this location is popular. I enjoy their app and the notifications on American Crew product sales. I highly recommend.2 months agoWorst haircut I’ve ever had! Went in with shoulder length hair and came out with it at my ears. Trim? She’s a butcher! The white woman in her 40s with dyed red hair should not be cutting anyone’s hair! She is HORRIBLE! I had to go get a wig and head wraps to hide the chop job. The ends are uneven and the style wasn’t even close to what I had. A 3 year old could’ve done a better job! Don’t let her touch your hair.2 weeks agoAll seats were packed, placed a check in online. 3 months agoThe Ann and Simmons location is fantastic. Several of the stylists there have been at this location a long time and it’s for a good reason. They do a great job. Fast, friendly and great work. A++++2 months agoMother in law was told 30 min wait on a walk-in. While waiting, the staff apparently put call-in customers before her because this place doesn’t understand customer service.Enjoy your lost business, jerks.
