She did a great job and did exactly what I asked for in my cut, plus Brittany B. made the experience enjoyable. I will be a loyal customer forward. Julian is one of the coolest dudes you will ever meet and is cleannnnnnnnn with some scissors. Dude gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had in my life and transitioned me from hair past my shoulders to the cleanest skin fade I have ever had in my life. Price might be deterring, but the man takes his time and delivers a product well past the worth of what you pay. 40 dollar haircut from Julian is masterful and well worth the price. Customer service was A1- and hardly no waiting time after stopping at 4 other barber shops and the lines were out the door and those shops are mediocre at best imo. Hudson Hawk is a GORGEOUS establishment we immediately noticed a clean welcoming fragrance when we entered. Modern yet rustic seating area and decor, very classy and stylish. Staff was so hip and clearly have alot of experience. At first I saw it was located down town Columbia and assumed that would also mean WAY overpriced and super underwhelming-I couldn’t have been more off! To our delight- OMG! Only $25 for a zero fade fohawk- plus wash and styled for my son! It nearly put him to sleep as you can see in his pictures lol. Brittany is very friendly and listened to what I want and I have never left disappointed I wear my hair very short so not all hairdressers understand short hair cuts for women
She is honest and knows my hair to where if I change it up she has great ideas
I also bring my son and she has assisted him in on between cuts for growing his out

2 months agoAwesome place! I wasn’t sure what to do with my beard and Danielle did a great job cleaning me up. I was probably difficult between not knowing much and my coughing fits but she was patient and did a great job! Also, Iost my wallet downtown and one of the employees found it, kept it safe, and I got it back with all contents and money safe! I appreciate the honesty of the employee and honestly owe her Starbucks or something if someone can give me her name!2 months agoFor a barber it’s pricy, but you truly get full-service experience. The barbers are great, and I always leave feeling like a new man. The hair wash, shave, and free drinks make for a great experience for anyone who’s willing to spend a bit more on their haircut.2 months agoDanielle did an amazing job. I’m very happy with my haircut. She was friendly and took her time to make sure it was perfect. I’ll definitely be back!4 months agoSo I was left a little disappointed by my hair cut from Diana. I myself am a cosmetologist so i do know about hair and the ways of cutting. She started off by telling me that they don’t do undercuts because they don’t grow out well. Which to me should still be my choice, what if I kept up the haircut then could I get it. She decided to do a fade like all her other clients which I said I did not want a fade but that’s what I got. Also that she was running late so sorry if she doesn’t talk to me because she’s concentrating. She didn’t go back through and check the haircut so one side is longer in the back. She didn’t wash the loose hair out either. I was not very satisfied with the experience.5 months agoDisclosure: I am not particular about my hair. With that being said, I have been nothing but satisfied with my haircut and the service. Services are easy to schedule, staff is friendly and “real”, and it comes with a complimentary beer if you are of age. What’s not to like! Would highly recommend!
